During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from my suite. The hotel's location was also great with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.
There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the facilities were not well-maintained with broken or malfunctioning items and a lack of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is convenient for shopping with a shuttle bus to the nearby duty-free complex and a shopping arcade. Rooms feature spacious balconies with tubs and ocean views. The cleaning staff is helpful and professional.
Maintenance is not up to par with aging facilities, malfunctioning items and not as clean as it could be.

We had an amazing time at this luxury hotel! The exclusive amenities and exquisite attention to detail made our experience truly unforgettable. The Spa & Wellness Centre had the most amazing Turkish bath and sauna, while the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool offered a relaxing oasis with beautiful sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were impeccable, with an extensive selection of delicious foods and drinks. The location advantages were endless, with nearby access to the most beautiful beachfront and garden areas.
The only minor issue we had during our stay at this hotel was the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few small miscommunications which caused some confusion.
